I'd stay away from the higher watt cfl bulbs...for the simple fact that if one broke you'd be out 300w of light.Plus it's better to have multiple light sources surrounding a plant than just a single light source

Could it be low humidity? Rh is somewhat strain dependant,but ideal is %50-65 during veg and about %40-50 while flowering.

Just do the towel method ;)..I wait for the seedling to come completely out of the shell.It works every time.Then put in the soil with just the baby leaves above the soil.With cfls the more the better.If you can..go buy some seedy shit weed and experiment with different geminating methods.I...
