Are you using RO water? If no, you don't want Ph Perfect. I use AN Sensi Grow & Bloom, B52 & a "flower enhancer" but like jarvild said, nutes are nutes. Have fun

Sure, if you want seeded plants....pollen gets everywhere.

I use outdoor digital timers 10Amps I think, they work no problem.

New seedlings don't need much light at all, indirect light is best until the first set of leaves have formed. Seedlings also don't need food until the cotyledon start to yellow/shrivel. Have fun

Your 250w should be big enough for that space. For your first grow I strongly recommend soil, it's much more forgiving than DWC. Good luck
