I used a 1'x4' low tide flood table in my 2'x4' tent. My first grow was 4 Fire on the Mountain clones that yielded 356g under a 320 watt 3-bar LED. I like 6" rockwool cubes & Jacks 321.

I forgot that I own their oscillating fan. I'm aware of the 18 hour/day suggestion (mine runs all the time for now) and I plan on using the controller 69's Cycle Mode to maybe run the fan 3 minute on and 1 minute off (same ratio as 18 on / 6 off). I'll play with those number later today. Also...

I bet the Progrow's LED driver is made by uPowerTek. My driver is at the lower right corner.

The Covert pro looks like a well designed fixture with deep heatsink fins and quality LEDs. You can get 850 watts with 8 bars cheaper here. They frequently have something on sale with a steep mark down. I got their 320 watt system for $295 USD in June 2022.
