I thought this was a very interesting way to display the "color" palate that MMJ can bring..... :peace:

Can colder temps bring out stronger terpenes in some strains causing a stronger smell/odor or even boost tricome production? I have also heard that lower temps can cause the plant to produce a SAR to pests... is this true?

It is a small snip at the tip of the developing bud. When you cut the top of the young bud you can see the 4 inner hurds of the bud from the stalk. The bud recovers nicely.. GG#4s2

Do you usually choose short cycle strains?...do you look for mold resistant strains or is it just what is in demand?

Well yes that is true. But not all strains or desirable strains poses such characteristics.

Isn't there a specialized bacteria that can help fight the bud mold?

Many growers in the northeast experience shorter than normal outdoor growing seasons. Some test the weather and usually run "late" into the NE season and get bud rot. I have heard of some places using a bleach water mixture to prevent or treat it. Has anyone grown in this area? Any mold issues?
