    FRASS

I use it once per run 4 weeks into bloom. Chitin is used as it fortifies a plant from the inside out, causing an "auto-immune" response that signals a plant to produce natural toxins which fend off its natural enemies like pests and fungal pathogens. That is more of the reason why Im using it...

    FRASS

I am looking for new and unique ways of how other growers might apply or use FRASS. I don't stress out on this but I have had questions spiraling around for a while regarding this stuff. I really only use frass once during week 4. I pour about a tablespoon into a small hole about 3-4" deep...

Double Ended penetration vs HPS ?

I just started using Ushio MH Conversion Lamps -- 600 Watt Opti-Blue in a vert setup for supplemental bloom lighting....results in a few weeks. In personal testing I have noticed the Ushio bulbs were among the highest of all, personally they are a great buy. They deliver what you want for a...

    Acids

I have been looking into using Fulvic as well as the Humic I already am using... I am a firm believer in feeding the roots not the plant....to start. Thanks for the input man!

    Biowave

Ive read and watched reviews from home growers and dispensary growers... I wanted to know if anyone has used or seen it used.... Thanks.

    LEP lighting

The price isn't the issue really.. I mean they last way longer than HPS bulbs and the setups are about the same in price.. So in the long run you would break even or pay a bit more. The issue is more of how to apply them and how well they "actually" perform....

    Acids

So Fulvic will add more O2 to the medium than humid can? The two differ basically in ph. Can they be used simultaneously?

Ya around $1249, Gavita Pro 300 41.02 setup (Growershouse.com). The 270 is $959. Each series has a 41.01 and a 41.02 The 41.02 (300) is capable of 5600k, UVB and IR, also it is designed for all stages of growth. 41.01 more "blue" and used as supplemental HPS light for flower and straight...

    Biowave

Now there have been many discussions about these unique devices. Urban Grower reviewed one a while back and I have read into other testimonials and it seems across the board a 15-25% yield increase. It seems crazy but the science makes sense. The purpose is to create a subsonic sound wave...

    Acids

Thanks man. I use Humid acid in the same way you do, HUM-BOLT. I also use Goldzyme during these feedings as well.

    LEP lighting

So far from what Ive gathered, these are extremely powerful lighting steps. They seem to be most useful in Vegetative applications since they produce a lower red. But when they are used in conjunction with HID/HPS/etc... they're potential is maximized by combining the High reds of HPS and the...

    Acids

Humic and Fulvic acids and their applications. Humic acid is organic matter that is dark brown to black in color, which is water-soluble at more alkaline levels (pH >2). An organic catalyst, HA is derived from the organic components of soil, including humus or peat. HA is actually a by-product...

Advanced Nutrient: Connoisseur A/B + organic combo (huge buds!)

A 25% yield increase from just nutrients would be revolutionary. I had tried Vegamatrix, Sensi and Conn in the same harvest. Sensi bombed, Vega had great smell and taste but the yield was just smaller than Conn. The bud size was larger with conno and the quality remained. Vega is nearly...

Double Ended penetration vs HPS ?

Gavitas can put down harder light on a horizontal garden but with less of a spread. Epaps give you even light over a larger area, and could be used in a vert garden. Depends on how efficient you are with your light you want to be. Both reflectors are fine. Sunlight Supply has a AC/DE hood that...

Double Ended penetration vs HPS ?

Increasing energy in the PAR range increases plant photosynthesis, (the plant’s most basic metabolic process). Each crop species has an optimal light intensity that maximizes photosynthesis and plant growth. When there is not enough light, growth and crop quality can decline; and if there is...
