Do you have any idea of what the NPK values are that you are feeding to the plant? I really doubt you have P deficiency.. Possibly a P lockout. Which giving more P is not necessarily going to fix.

They look like healthy leaves to me... That ripple happens in lots of plants... genetic. My old Grapefruit x Blueberry plant did that like crazy. Every leaf was all rippled/wavy like that. It's possible that in your case it is a problem.. but, I don't think so.
