Looks like it may be overwatered. That soil looks like it's really compacted. You need a good aerated soil with some perlite. Could be the soil is holding moisture and the plant can't breathe. If that's the problem it can be fixed by transplanting into a lighter soil with some perlite.

Yes, it is possible that they've been pollinated. Check for swollen calyxes to see if they've been pollinated. There is a chance the pollen didn't reach the pistils. Hopefully that's the case. Good luck man.

I'd just let them finish. It will hurt your yield but it's better than not yielding anything. Also, bleach is not necessary. Plain water will make any pollen non viable. Don't follow the label to the T. With fox farms you have to be careful with how much you feed. Just have to learn the right amount for the plants. I don't even measure the nutes I feed, I just eyeball it up. Definitely don't recommend doing that until you get the hang of it.
