After 8 days of drying the buds have been clipped from the branches and put into jars. I'll be burping the jars over the next week to get a consistent moisture content. Then, I'll give them a couple weeks of sitting in the jars with an occasional burp. Then, I'll get a smoke report together and...

Yeah, the fact that you can always use it for larger project later is a plus. For short term though, when you turn a fan down 50% it is much much more quiet. 350 cfm going through a 6 inch fan sounds like a wind tunnel... 350 going through an 8 inch is much much more quiet. It's not that vortex...
