i think lst can be a real life saver as far as height requirements go but i also like the screen method also ...less stressful really... as long as he keeps in mind the minute he goes to flower he will get about 2 more feet of plant and plans for that i think he will be ok...

lol cfl's are only as limiting as you want them to be...i have 3 Super Skunk's and a Moroccan Kief plant in my grow as we speak and i guarantee they don't think those CFL's are so limited :-| its all in how they are applied to the grow and also what spectrum's your using for what stage of growth...

it has nothing to do with weather your a high roller or not it has everything to do with waste.. think about it like this...you go out and you spend your hard earned money on a bag of killer dank... you go out and get in the car thoroughly tickled and wanting to get home to get your buzz on...

if he uses cfl's for the grow and then keeps them right down on top of the plant(2 to 3 inches away) it will cause the plant to be short and stocky no matter what and will also allow for more manageable growth also :blsmoke:

well im a ghetto grower and i don't believe you have to blow a ton of money on a grow in order to have killer weed... so if you have any questions by all means ask ill help you as best i can :bigjoint:

looking good ... you need to get rid of that foil tho...what alot of people don't know is that aluminum foil causes the lights to focus HOT spots on your plants and can kill seedlings if your not careful... better to get the lights right down on top of the cups as close as possible then to have...

well i don't really breed my own strains yet im not near good enough for all that but i do breed to get my own seed stocks.:bigjoint:..of the 6 strains i like to grow i like to keep a good amount of seed on hand ...my next think im going to experiment trying to get is to breed my own auto's but...

i made a home made one out of a light bulb and its gets me FOOKED up :)

pretty much the same wavelengths in light spectrum prolly just get better penetration on your canopy... :)

it does filter out some tar and some bad stuff but it actually filters out thc also ...every time you spark the bong your tossing away your buzz
