I got one of those with my recent order, I'm saving it and a Train Wreck for a day I have more patience to flower for three months!

No way should that light have cost you that much - I've been running a pair of 400w HPS, plus 648 actual watts of CFL's, six fans, and a couple air purifiers, along with two space heaters on low - and all this increased my bill by about $120 a month.

I grow from seeds, but once I have a new seedling, I always put it right into it's three gallon home - looks funny as hell, but never had a problem with it. Hope this helps!

It can vary, but usually I get mine about eight days after I order - just recieved my latest order today though, and it was 13 days this time. So I would say start keeping an eye out, after a week - within two weeks you should have 'em. So! My seeds came today! lol:mrgreen: Soaking the latest...

No worries - if you can make it through the grow, you can dry and cure, too. Here's what I do: 1.Gather your equipment first, and lock the doors. Equipment I use: -Powder free latex gloves These really help, you won't believe how sticky your fingers get without them, makes it harder to work...

Looks great! Hard to guess weight, but I'll say, somewhere between 50-100g, dry. Hey just a tip, passed to me when my first plant was hanging - cutting those stems down to about three inches will reduce your drying time by days. Here's an example of how I hang mine - smaller buds, just get cut...

Yep, still gotta feed 'em. Try googleing Jack's Classic nutes - I use the All Purpose for vegging, along with the Blossom Booster for flowering. They are pretty cheap compared to the more popular nutes, last a long time, as well.

Kind of - they have flanges to connect your ducting to, and a nice thick glass plate on bottom. Here's a pic of my 600's, with air cooled hoods. I would be very, very careful of anything DIY with that light - with the heat it puts out, you want to make sure anything you try to make yourself...

Ditto. I'll be suprised if you can bring the temps down enough in that small of a space and a 1000w, without an air cooled hood or cooltube.

Hell, were did you get yours? Both my 400w were $145 each shipped, and they included reflectors and bulbs.

The worst I've done thus far - ok first grow, soaked a lot bagseed on a warm sunny windowsill, and next day, threw away all the "bad" seeds that sank, lol - and planted 50 of the rest - got 6 to sprout! They stretched like mad (on the damn windowsill again). Out of those, two got...

When it comes to CFL's, you count the actual watts, not the equivelant. It isn't really the watts that matter though - it's the lumens. You want a bare minimum of 3000 lumens per square foot for growing, 5000+ per square foot recommended.:leaf:

A smaller plant isn't really going to give you a smaller smell. Personally, I've tried air purifiers, ionizers, and a DIY carbon filter - none of which has been really successfull.
