Yeah they stretch quite a bit the first two weeks of flower, get most of their height then. You'll have to figure out which way you're gonna support the plants - bamboo poles? Tomato cages? Twine? Lots of different ways to do it.

You could try. I use chemical nutes, flushed my very first grow, and not since then - noticed no difference in taste. In my opinion, flushing before harvest is only necessary, if you seriously over nute your plants.

I think that would stress your plant out, maybe try and rework your intake and exhaust with bigger fans, to bring the temps down.

For 600w, I would go about 24" above the tops of your plants.

The lights sound fine, if you decide to go that many plants though, you'll want more lights for flowering, or an HPS light if you can swing it. If you are needing to water every day, it's time to put her in a bigger pot.
