Okay, I was trying to keep the intervals spaced in how often I post. But thought I'd just add a couple photos from today... Gave a feeding this morning (3.5L water, 3mL BioHeaven, 4mL BioGrow & 1tsp StumpTea -veg). The plant heights are: 26cm, 23, 20, 19 and the two LST'ed plants are 14/15cm. I...

    S1 seeds

Lulz!! That's hilarious. Yeah I just heard of s1 and was like wtf is that, then found this thread on my google search and thought I'd ask. Pretty sure I knew that, was never familiar with 's1' though.

You may have to refer to @robincnn to see if he has specific data and compare that to your current temps from the nextlight mini.

I can say that they do increase my temps a few degrees in my tent vs. ambient room temp/outdoor temp but there may be other factors at play here... They are warm if I put my hand directly underneath them but I could touch the magnifying glass lens and it most certainly wouldn't burn me. My...

[Update 10/01] - So to start I just want to say I am pretty bummed that for some strange reason all my meticulous notes (much more so than what I document here) somehow got deleted from the app I was using on my phone :? :wall: FML! ...Oh well, not the worst that could happen. After some...

Brazilian Seed Company (A+ Seed Vendor)

I know this thread is rather old. I just read an article that the guy behind BSC isn't in business currently but is in the works to open a new site. Anyone know if he still takes orders currently? If the same email works? I'd really like to get some landraces...

I have about 15% coco. A good portion of the soil is also perlite and vermiculite. The top of the soil does seem to dry out quicker now. Will have to keep an eye on it. Thank you.

I've helped drag roadkill deer back to a friends to process and had a really delicious stew with mostly wild harvested ingredients and deer meat. But yeah, can't say I've ever or would ever get to the level of mensturating skunk culo

@Rayne No thanks. Maybe my descendants will have to worry about that (or not) when the proverbial shit hits the fan and we see massive collapse of civilization. Though I am not so sure we would go back to stone age type living, for who survives (if human life is still supported as well as other...

So I read up on covering the soil and I found this regarding LECA (expanded clay balls): http://growingmarijuana.com/root-growth-in-a-soil-pot.php Seems legit, lol. So I went out and got some of these expanded clay pebbles and placed them on the surface of my soil. I couldn't find much else on...

    Carnivorous Plants Nyone?

Yeah, actually just picked up 2 today. A venus fly trap and a sundew. Wondering if I need to take any precautions like quarantine before placing in my tent along with my cannabis plants?

Thanks! Yeah, been keeping up with your journal, really beautiful plants. If I could get something of that quality on this first grow I'll be really happy. The missus will too :bigjoint: Though there are so many factors involved, and I am enjoying the journey and learning process, at least I...

Went ahead and transplanted them to 10L (2.6gal) smart pots on Sunday and adjusted the ratios of the soil mix. It is roughly as follows: 30% Perlite 30% Soil blend 15% coconut fiber 16.6% Vermicompost (homemade) 5.5% Vermiculite 2.7% 'charged' Biochar >0.1% silica >0.1% calcium (powdered...

Do you have a grow journal? Feel free to post some pics here if you'd like @hillbill. Would love to see more examples of what this light can do. (I kinda took your comment as a gentle nudge to keep this grow journal on topic, lol)

Thank you for the enlivening discussion. It has been beneficial and insightful and I believe we all have an important perspective and 'piece to the puzzle' so to speak. I am trying to stay open minded about the 'vegan' farming methodology. As it pertains to cannabis, it seemingly has a specific...
