Yeah, it's a given. Bacteria dominant soil doesn't exclude the fact that there are still fungus present in the soil. My understanding would tend to agree also that Cannabis may prefer a equal ratio (1:1) bacteria to fungus.

I think Kilz is a good product for a primer that seals out mold: http://www.kilz.com/ I'd look into what other treatments there are for mold. It's a pretty serious thing to have mold growth in your house, can lead to bad health conditions that I think get misdiagnosed. Hope you get that figured...
