i go 70 percent, and its been close within a gram or so everytime. 70 seems to be a good middleground. cuz theres both nice dense nugs, that wont lose as much. and then theres some weak, fluffier buds that will lose more. unless you are doing scrog, or trimming up the bottoms completely...

edit: an osculating fan would be enough for ventilation. cracking/opening the door when you check on them will rid of any heat buildups. used to run my 120w led in a 2'x4'x6' tent, with no ventilation, and heat still wasnt an issue. But you can also run a 400 watter if you are worried about...
