usually for vegging people do 6-8 net pots per lid...flowerin people do anywhere from 1-6 netpots per lid...just personall preferance and also how big you gonna get em

if he grows em right outdoor plants can produce 2lbs per plant...so just say all 200 of em made it perfectly...everything was great...you better be ready for 2-300 pounds of nugs to dispearse....hit me up if it ever happens:)

buy yourself a 30 gallon - 50 gallon trash can....thats what i use...works great for me...i just drilled holes in it and ran my plumbing....plus it came with a lid...i just put my garbage can/res on some milkcrates

i just buy cool tubes...but ive seen a good diy thread in the diy section...its made with a pyrex easy round bake pan....something like that...looked real enexpensive and nice...perfect for 400 watts of love:)

it all depends on how much root formation you have coming through the holes you put in the side of your dixie cup...if its lots than i would just put the whole dixie cup in the netpot and fill the net pot with hydraton as well....wont hurt anything to keep using the cup with the net pot as well

i would try bumping up your base nutes....A&B if you have em....also tworads the end of flowering plants leaves do tend to turn yellow...just like a trees leaves turn yellow in the fall...i would def. say it is a nitrogen deficiancy at least....but the cal/mag should help
