    Peat moss has no nutes and has a ph of 4.5. and pine tree soil is also acidic thats why i'm thinking its bad soil and last year did you use the same mix?

    7 ph is to high they like it more acidic. Get it to around 6 to 6.5 should help.

    Looks like the soil is no good for growin may be to acidic locking out nutes. Water it with some bat gauno tea and next time dig a big hole and put some good composted soil, bat gauno,bone meal,and dolmitelime in it. Are those pine trees layin there? Soil around pine trees is no good.

    The trick is to make the environment as unfriendly as possible for bugs so they won't enjoy living there in the first place,When used in the right way wind is the best organic method you can use. Works best with stealth gardens and smaller plants.

    Repoting in some promix with some worm castings and some dolmite lime with less peatmoss should help keep the ph stable with alot more organic nutes.     Looks like your ph is to high or low ,heat stress and nute burn. Flush and ph your water to 6 lower temps feed less nutes.
