Ok, here we go. Closeups of three of the top buds, a mid level bud, and a tiny junior bud. Several pics of different leaves. The pistils are not brown and shriveled, but they are starting to turn orange? Hope this is enough, what's the verdict?

I wouldn't recommend useing just the 2700K CFL's to veg with. You can try it, but will probably have slow growth. Yes you can add a couple of the 2700k to the other plant, sounds like it has enough of the 5000k. If you mean to do that to flower then no, you'll have to add more 2700K. Good...

Should still check it, by the time the water mixes with your soil, and then you add nutes, it can be waaaaay different than just the water. For instance - molassas generally brings your PH down by around 0.3 at 1 TBSP per gallon. Other things may have a bigger impact. Personally I found this out...
