well,u can either wait till this grow is finished and then do the other seeds,or try to flush out the nutes and plant the seedlings,its up to you.The plant ur growing right now might be a male neways so id take the chance of planting the new seedlings and take the chance of the other plant...

the roots coming out means u need to transplant man.if u dont u can get root problems and hurt the plant,also it will stunt growth
