Check the setup man. 250w hps, two 4 foot 6500k t5, and one two foot 6500k fluoro fixture. Those are some Afrweck clones that were barely rooted 3" cuttings on the 1st of this month. Those pics are from Tuesday the 16th. I think you'll do just fine :)

Im in Northern California and I usually plant outside anywhere from 4/20 to 5/1. This year I have a light dep greenhouse thats gonna go a bit long so I probably won't plant the full summer crop until the second week of June or so. Hopefully they'll all be vegged to about 3 feet by then :)

I use neem all the time to control pests (namely spider mites). For what its worth, I don't think I have ever heard of anyone mixing and watering their plants with neem. I have a feeling that would be bad :)
