The plant will reveg as long as it has less than 12 hours of dark. If you are taking clones I don't see why your mothers would need to be flipped to flowering. Build a cheap CFL box to sex clones in so you can keep your mothers in veg.

to have mixed spectrum you would want the 2700k bulbs with the 6500k bulbs. a 3:1 ratio is a good mix for CFL. You don't have to have a mixed spectrum but it helps out with growth.

I personally have noticed that flushing doesn't help with the taste of my plants. My wifes uncle has been growing since the 70's, has some dank stuff doesn't flush. I don't see any commercial growers of any other plant that people taste/smell flushing pre-harvest, why wouldn't they if it helped...

I wouldn't line the closet with them. CFL need to be close to help out, with in inches of the plant. So your best option is to hang them down to get the lower growth some extra light.

generally you don't need to give them nutes right off. Your soil should have some nutrients in it. The nutes should tell you how often to use them. If not then just feed them ever 2nd or 3rd watering.
