I think that's backwards, an a/c fan will reverse, a d/c fan will only work one way but you won't hurt it. That's been my experience.

Yellowing leaves in flowering are usually due to too much P and not enough N in your nutes. My leaves never yellow. See UB's thread on the subject and believe me "Uncle Ben is not just rice anymore", not in my vocabulary. Here's a link to his thread, great info there about many misconceptions...

I've had bad luck germinating in tissue then putting them in rockwool. I've had 100% success putting seeds in rockwool and keeping it real wet. The act of transplanting destroys the micro hairs that are necessary for water intake.
