Right, however, doesn't sound like you have very many bud producing stems yet. Possibly you should top it now to produce lower stem growth. Keep it in 18/6 or 24/0 so it won't flower.

Sorry again......if it's only in one place it's probably dried nutes. Be careful when applying nutes, if it still spreads you may have powdery mildew and need to get some fungicide. Sorry again.
