yea. make sure the soil is packed tight enough to hold the clone but not too tight as it won't grow roots. I have had better results with the powder rooting hormone than gel in soil. That is just me tho

Those house filters will not work!! They get some stuff out, so when you drink it it don't taste like crap but if you have a tds tester you will still see that there is a bunch of stuff in there. Im guessing that you don't have a TDS tester tho. I am thinking it would be a good idea to have one...
