If the tear is deep you may wanna tie it a little too keep light out of the inside of the stem. Don't tie it to tight tho you don't want to cut of the circulation of stem.

We used to run a 600 watt in a 3x3x6 and with the proper ventilation never had heat problems.

How many plants do you have going right now? If you have a few in flower you may want to isolate the hermied plant away from the other flowering plants to keep the baby gravy from spreading.... If it is the only plant you have flowering at the moment then let it finish all the way.

If the nanners were there for a while there is a chance it pollinated itself. In that case the plant is going to focus on the production of the seeds more than say resin production and so forth. The potency should not be too bad but, I would watch out for under developed seeds and the nanners...

Dyna gro is inexpensive and works o.k. Just be sure to flush your plants really good if you use this stuff.

No expert here but, it doesn't seem like you have anything to worry about as far as the shape of those leaves go. A lot of top growth will not match the lower growth from our experience. Don't get us wrong we weren't trying to criticize you. It is better to keep you grow area\s clean to avoid any kind of problems. We had carpet and were letting dead leaves fall and sit....not a good thing.
