Anyone ever grown any automatic flowering dwarfs?

Not sure on some of the autos, but the ones i've crossed have been fine. I've tended to pollinate the lower buds on a coupla plants when i need only a few seeds, which slows their growth alot, but they still grow new pistils and get lots trichs on em.. unpollinated main and larger side colas...

Anyone ever grown any automatic flowering dwarfs?

Unlucky Joker.. Sucks but, sometimes thats just the way it is.. If they were Lowlifes beans you should hit them up with an email, or PM over at HG420.com (sorry to point someone outside RIU) you may get a replacement pack, esp if their guys at hg420 have been having probs with seeds not germing...

Anyone ever grown any automatic flowering dwarfs?

That should be more than ample light to get a min of 1oz per plant provided the lighting is setup so theyre all getting the max light available to them. According to people i know who've grown the fem to male ratio with Dryders pretty good, so you may well get quite a few more than 25-30...

    2nd Grow/Early Misty/No Plan

if you LST you will still get the main cola to a good size, but the lower colas get more light so they get a fair bit bigger than they otherwise would without adding side lighting.

    2nd Grow/Early Misty/No Plan

LST is where you use wire or string to tie the plants over or out to the side as they grow, which ultimately gives you more room to work with. I've vegged plants and use Low Stress Training to trail them around the pots edge then allowed them to grow up from the centre, kinda like a corkscrew...

    neem oil in flower.

I'd say thats a lil too cool..you should be lookin around 68* lights off.So other than slowing spidermite reproduction and the rate they transfer around the plants, your plants are prolly a lil too cold, which can slow growth amongst other things. Here's a link to spidermite control...

    neem oil in flower.

I've used Spidermite Control in mid-late flowering with good results, but yeah it suggests avoiding the flowers which can be difficult. but its organic, and made from garlic, cinnamon and something else, so isnt gonna fuck you up. Raising humidity is supposed to work well, and make the lil...

    2nd Grow/Early Misty/No Plan

Yeah look sweet so far, nice work on the journal - good to see people keeping them up to date :) The homeboxes work well from what i've seen from other growers, but yeah LST is worthwile if youre using the small HB. go steady.. Frosty.

Anyone ever grown any automatic flowering dwarfs?

You could end up with thousands bro. I'd keep one male (the healthiest) then let that pollinate one or two of the fems, again the healthiest of the bunch, that way you can kinda ensure that youre using strong genes, and should result in a yield of mre viable seeds, with a healthy embryo. Maybe...

    hermie

Firstly remember that just because something is in print doesnt mean its 100%.No matter how many other articles agree.. Dont believe me?? go take a look at how many laws of physics, biology etc are being re-written...and silly us have been taking them for gospel for aeons. Its just that...

contaminated grow rooms????Hardly. A few balls is fine, and 1 or 2 seeds isnt really gonna effect anything. Yup you can just pick em off every day or so which is pretty painless, but hugely boring on a big plant, or you could get some dutch master reverse asap, a provided youre not too far into...

dutch master reverse? does this really exist?

yes dutch master reverse exists, i have a bottle on my cab right now... you have to use it in conjunction with dutch master penetrator. and NO, it will not change a male plant to a fem, what it is designed to do is, remove the male hormones from a fem plant that is showing signs of being...

    Growspace temp too cold...any ideas?

i use a kerosene lantern or greenhouse heater in my workshop, they emit around 1800BTU, and being as youre in a garage light shouldnt be a prob if you have it on low-med. average fill lasts around 9days depending on the model of greenhouse heater, or 2 days on low for a lantern, cheap to fuel...

Anyone ever grown any automatic flowering dwarfs?

Cloning autos is possible, but pretty pointless most of the time. the veg cycle of autos is Very short(around 2wks from first showing cotyledons) and by cutting for clones, you'll slow the mothers growth right down to a virtual stop, which will result in little yield, also as the clones are the...

    hermi

You're in the wrong section... this is for DIY Q's and tutorials. if you let your hermie seed itself, some of the seeds will be fine, but some may have the tendency to turn hermie alot easier than others...So yes you could use them if you wished. you could also pluck the pollen sacks off with...

Anyone ever grown any automatic flowering dwarfs?

heya. 1oz per plant is easily achievable with alot of the new autos, but please bare in mind that sometimes you get REALLY micro plants from autos like 6" in full flower, which evidently dont yield more than a couple of grams. I'd say yes you'd need atleast 16 plants. Pot size neednt be too...
