It's just what you prefer, but if you are growing in soil.... I would say skip the rockwool.

I grew out some MK-Ultra....(O.G. Kush x G-13). I hated the taste, too sweet and perfume tasting. The longer it cured, the more mild it got...but not a favorite in my book at all. Most of the strains labeled Kush around my parts have that same perfume taste. Some people love it, I don't.
