as stated in a following post there are many many jar hash techniques but I personally take a exacto knife gently dip the tip in grain alchohol (not rubbing alchohol! like a strong vodka) occasionally to help me loosen up those sticky sticky hard to scrape trichomes and it comes off quite easily.

ach dude it's a dude... sorry to hear that but now you have a source of clones! clone that girl before she goes too far into flower I've used a clone as a mother from the origional with very minimal amounts of genetic variance.

She seems fine but it can be hard to tell with them youngin's. Just keep the lights close, air exchange is good in fact a light breeze would be a great help to strengthen your stalk quite a bit. And don't overwater, biggest issue I have seen with babies, they are so sensitive to overwatering...
