I am setting up a closet grow for personal use. I have 3 65 watt CFL bulbs plus a supplemental PAR38 14 watt Blue LEd for veg and a PAR38 14watt Red LED for flowering/budding. I am only growing 4 plants this time. Is this enough light? Or do Or do I need more?

Okay, I double checked my lights. The LED grow panel is 55 watts and each of the supplimental lights is 14 watts. Any thoughts on if that's enough for 6 plants?
