Hey, I am planning on growing outside, but everyone has stated that i should start off inside. I have a big chest that is empty and was gonna throw this light in there just to start them off, then move them outside. Just wanna make sure this would work...

Yea i agree, wait at least until day light saving starts and it starts to get a little warmer...I live in LA and it is supposed to rain for at least a week, so wait until the storms pass and there is more light...So i would say at earliest if you anxious to start would be mid-march.

thanks for the quick reply, for vegetive nutes im using Miracle grow 20-20-20 and for flowering nutes I'm using Grow More: Super Bloom, 11-54-4 how do these nutes sound?

Ok so i just got 10 seeds of female alaskan ice from dope-seeds.com and 4 seeds of femal maroc because its sativa. then they are going to give me 10 seeds of something else+shipping all for £60. is this a pretty good deal? so 24 seeds+shipping=£60
