Compost tea has a very short shelf life. You want to use it about 24 hours after you make it. If it starts to smell bad then it is going bad. When flowering I make mine with composted cow manure, high phosphorous bat guano, and sucunat.

You can always use bell or mason jars to move it. No smell escapes them and they can't be squished.

It may just be going through its last growth spurt. Those extensions should fill out and result in huge colas. It looks like it could be revegging but I think its just trying to finish itself up. Stay positive. I think they are fine.

Most seed banks go by the day you switch to 12/12, but many times they go by the minimum to achieve a quality product. You can usually add on a week or two to what they say to get a larger yield and sometimes a better quality smoke.

I'd wait until they are three weeks or more. The soil has plenty of nutes to keep them going until then and it is easy to hurt them when they are so young.
