People apparently don't use nutes that change your ph much. With nutes added my water goes down to 5.4 PH so it NEEDS adjusted or you will see effects. Trust me. and that is with a solid base. Ya man we need a better description. Neem oil treats a wide variety of pests and so does spinosad, so if you havent tried either of those give it a shot. Also if you are killing them each time you spray you may have a larger problem outside that you are going to need to take care of.
