Same problem. If have no weed you need to stick to a routine even if it doesnt work for a few nights. So regular exercise during the day, regular eating pattern dont eat if your goin to be goin to bed soon after eg. headin to bed at midnight i would eat after9 or so. balance diet cut out all...
