Why dont you build a house for your plants? Use 1x1 or 2x1 wood boards or even PVC pipe and chicken wire (If you can afford it). If not then IDK what else to suggest... Maybe you can buy a grip of yarn, place your poles for the house, and wrap the whole thing. Either they will get discouraged or...

IMHO, I would put away the 5600K lights for a week; 2700K and 3000K for the first 2 or 3 weeks of the plant's life... These plants like like a week old and are still using the cotyledons for food mostly... Try not to use too much water, starve them a little because they mainly feed on those...

Yeah, a rachet socket. Make sure it's clean though... wash it out with alcohol. you can boil it first.

I'm using two 4' 40 Watt 5600K T12 tubes... It seems you are using 5600K CFLs in that pic. I would recomend using at least 2 more lights but make them 2700K or 3000K. Get them closer too
