I would just give them a decent feeding. They don't look that bad. Within a few feedings the will be green'd up again and should be growing like a weed.. no pun intended
Do you have a fan blowing on them.. Get some wooden chopsticks and stick them in the soil next to the stems and use twist ties to secure them. get a fan blowing and they will strengthen right up and in no time you'll be able to remove the sticks
Only time you wanna hold off on food is when your ladies are overfed. The plant is actually working twice as hard at beginning stages of flowering. Using ALOT of energy

climate... but i don't do hydro so you might wanna get a hydro growers opinion. But one of my buddies in soil just had the same problem. within 2 days of getting the heat down the plants looked normal again and were fine
If by any chance you haven't fed it yet then that is your problem. And don't let anyone tell you that you don't have to feed them when they are that young cause that's complete bullshit
