Light is probably too far away? How far is it from the tops of the plants? You can stalk them up with a stick and some twist ties and get a fan on them to have a lite breeze blowing on them and that will strengthen up the stems

Heat stress, not light burn but it's either too hot under your lights or your room is too hot

I have seen this caused from 2 different things, 1. Topping too early in flowering stage 2. light leaks or 12 dark period is interrupted. Green lights are great for going into dark rooms but I wouldn't recommend leaving them on for long periods of time
