Bad idea, Do your research. Learn about electricity. You would flip the breaker assuming no matter whether it was a 20 amp or a 15 amp breaker. 400ws pull 3.5 amps at 110v, most outlets are 15 amp breakers, nonetheless I doubt your timer is rated for 2400ws........

I would go to 1000w lights , keep it cheaper. I wouldnt reccomend large fans in tents, even 8"s pull a lot of air, and I have had bad luck with having 100% sealed hoods, Hence the ten wants to suck itself in.

Your fan doesn;t pull a whole lot probably 150w max.... I always feel a little better with a legit ground all the way.......

This would all certainly depend on the wires rating and the total amount of CFL wattage/ amps. Clearly you could put 150w cfls in there which I doubt you are, but its always good to know. Romex is good stuff...
