not to sure about charcoal ash but baking soda will raise your ph and vinger or lemon juice will lower it..

update -- iv now put my seedling into my aquafarm temps are around 71f ppm----120 ph----5.5 everything is going ok i'm going to leave the enviro light up untill the end of next week then i'm switching to my hps.. the air pump is running the same as the lights on 18/6.sorry about the bad phone...

i always thought you could put bottles of ice in the the grow room to lower the temps but iv neva seen anyone just putting the ice on top of the soil cold water stunts growth dont it

hi all hows things :mrgreen: iv washed all my clay pebbles and there now soaking in a nice bath for the night with ph'd water of 6.0.The seedling is still going strong and i'll update some pics 2moro iv also picked up some canna start ready to use when my seedling goes into the aquafarm..ill...

it's worth a try iv read loads about it and got a good idea about it all but if things do go wrong iv got a few beans ready to take its place..if i dont try i'll never learn;-):peace:

LST is some times used befor you put the screen in for a scrog it makes the plants wider with more bud sites emerge which is good for a scrog but lst can give really goods results with out a scrog its down to what suits you best

right then iv pcked up a bag of canna aqua clay pebbles 45l but my question is do you all soak your pebbles for 24hours or just use them straight out of the bag

it will be fine mate you can veg under 18/6 or 24/7 its up to you

you shouldn't be using nutes on seedlings just water for at least the first 2weeks and then start your nutes at 1/4 of the strength and build it up over time
