Yep I recently harvest my first grow with Dutch passions Feminised Blueberry but you must decrease the temps during the night cycle to get purply/bluey buds. I did but very little purple complexion on the buds.

Certain strains require you to keep the temp at 16-18C during light cycle to achieve coloured buds such as Blueberry (Dutch passion), if the environment needs to be adjusted for the strain you speak of then please state this also.
