They're overfed. That is Nitrogen toxicity.

At two weeks they should be much bigger. Sounds Like they could use a bit more light as well as water. This new mother i planted at the beginning of the year was just under two weeks and was still relatively small but acceptable.

When you water you preferably don't want to leave dry spots in the soil. If you planted in a bigger pot then you would want to water around the base only, for a little while so it doesn't take too long to dry out but all the roots are getting wet. That is why seedling soils come with wetting...

I looked that site up on google images and bmeats photo showed up. Yea i only took those pots because they were 2 matching 7 gal pots and would have been 7 dollars in the store.

I've never had lime green tops from Nitrogen deficiency. I only get the lower leaves being drained of food for the new growth which remains healthy. Do you have pics? And lime green leaves do recover. Yellow ones don't.

Well OBVIOUSLY Not all 70w ballast kits are sold in casings and only the ballast ITSELF is a ballast. Someone could easily go out and buy a replacement ballast without the cap and ignitor then post here asking how to hook it up without the rest. They're sold seperately in my neck of the woods...

You'd need a ballast, capacitor, ignitor, and socket for each bulb and the bulb is the cheapest part. They're probably all old bulbs. They loose about 20% of their lumen output after 1 year. If they're new. Sell them online.
