    Coast2Coast 1st grow (Suggestions Welcome)

BTW do you have a fan blowing on them directly? that really helps in developing sturdier stems.

    Coast2Coast 1st grow (Suggestions Welcome)

Nice variety of strains you got goin! Lookin' good so far. Funny enough i just watched this documentary about how some people clone corals and make tons of money. I f I was you I'd use the MH lamps for vegging. You'll have less stretching, tougher stems, bushier plants.

Organic Blue Russian and Sour Diesel: 30 days flowering

Honestly the Sour D's are flowering slower than the Blue Russians. I say the Blue Russians have 4 weeks left, and the Dour D's probably another 6. It'll be worth the wait :weed:

Organic Blue Russian and Sour Diesel: 30 days flowering

Hey guys, just thought I'd share some pics of my latest grow (please feel free to stop by my journal). I have 4 Blue Russians and 4 Sour Diesels. Doing an indoor organic grow using the entire BioBizz line plus a few extras. Under a 400w HPS. Here they are after 30 days of 12/12 lighting...

    Flavanoids in Cannibis

Flushing is when you give your plants excessive water to literally flush out built-up salts and excess nutrients. This is usually done for 1-2 weeks before harvesting, where you really want your plants to use up any stored nutrients. This results in a smoother smoke and drastically improves aroma.

    Agree 100%.

    Flavanoids in Cannibis

yeah but molasses etc requires microorganisms to break the carbs down so that the roots can absorb them. Plus molasses contains metals, Phosphorus, etc so I wouldn't use it during flushing. I do use it with my regular nutes though...

Also forgot to mention that not surprisingly, the Blue Russians really resemble the AK-47s I grew last time. Looking forward... :weed:

Day 30 of 12/12 Just a few pics for fun. It's a bit hot in the room (88 degrees) and the humidity is low (30%), which should be perfect for stopping that nasty powdery mildew from ever returning. Plus I read that Sour D prefer hot and dry climates so hey! Sour D top: Blue Russian:

Is this a Phosphorus Problem? (pics)

here's a pic. I wish i had asked here 'cause I did think it was a P problem so ended up giving it more nutes! ended up with a harsh, nasty-tasting smoke. Your problem might actually be excess N and a P deficiency. I would flush.

Is this a Phosphorus Problem? (pics)

Definitely nute burn. I had the same problem with my Bubblegum plants in my first grow and also thought it was a phosphorus problem.

Baking Soda vs Mold: too late?

I decided to go with skimmed milk rather than baking soda. From what I can see it definitely works! I applied only once so far, then moved my plants to a bigger room with a stronger fan, HPS light and I put a dehumidifier near the intake. Humidity in the grow room has been reduced from around...

Sandmonkey's 3rd Grow: organic Blue Russian & Sour Diesel

Today marks the 23rd day of 12/12. about 3 days ago I noticed some powdery mildew on one of my plants' lower fan leaves. Uh-oh, not again. I immediately wiped the infected leaves with alcohol, then misted all the plants with a 10% skimmed milk solution with a dash of cinnamon. That...

Baking Soda vs Mold: too late?

Hey guys, I just found a small patch of podery mildew on on one of my plants that's almost 3 weeks into flowering. Would spraying the plants with a baking soda mixture now be too late? would it affect the quality of the bud? here's what my plants look like:

well it's been between 10-12 days of flowering and 18 days of 12/12 lighting. Flowering seems to be going well. Can even see trichomes developing in the last pic.

    Bump if your Sober/dry/probi...

Come to Switzerland and we can work something out ;) Man, can't wait to refill those jars. I can't resist anymore. A friend of a friend just harvested so I'm off to get half an oz. Switzerland without bud is just unlivable.
