You're still adding sugar and minerals with molasses. It's best to flush with distilled water to avoid adding any minerals at all.

You still need to flush with organics (trust me I learnt the hard way). It's just that with organics the effects of flushing are less severe, and the flushing period could be delayed than with synthetic nutes.

I personally find that counter-productive. Kinda beats the point of flushing if you ask me.
