Update... 9 days into flowering under 400W HPS. These 2 girls (one for sure is showing) are going to be monsters! I am moving the light up every day.

I vegged under 6500K 100W CFL's. I started with 2 bulbs in a hardware dome reflector. Went to 4 bulbs... and eventually went to 8 bulbs in 4 reflectors. Im shocked at the size of these bitches. Ive done nothing fancy... just following the basic rules. Attached is a pic of the girls vegging...

I use CFL's for clones... (2) 100W 6500K screwed into a hardware store reflector kicks ass. I gave my clones Olivias clone solution in a home made aeroponics box and the roots are growing like mad.. in only one week.
