If you let it grow normally without topping or using some sort of method to keep it small, its gonna need to be moved. I have a 20'' case that i just bought and put lights in it, thinking about ordering some lowryder seeds but EXTREMELY paranoid about ordering online.

I bought that computer case but my next problem is keeping most of the light from showing on the outside. I put construction paper on the inside of the slots for cd drives, and the light doesnt show through that anymore. I did the same thing on the back for the power supply and monitor slot...

cfl's are compact florecent lights. They look like they are wound up like a coil kind of. Just google it and you will know.

To be honest I think a P.O. Box would be the same as getting it ordered to your house. You need to provide an ID when getting a P.O. box if im not mistaken, althought i've never tried before so I could be wrong but i'm almost positive.
