won't matter. ie, i find it much simpler to use 1k hps lighting for everything. i buy bulbs by the case. the spectrum isn't as important as the intensity, so i'd skip on the blue and go with the red (which will promote greater flower potential).

this is not true. the law is zero tolerance agains dui and dd (drugged driving) and applies to here and now. this bill has an amendment that would exempt pot smokers from falling into that category. please read, don't just take a word on it.
