i would say compact strains would be the 'cfl' strains if you can cover a plant in cfl's, it will perform well of course any plant can be covered, just that it gets expensive to cover big ones

just to keep things clear, you topped, then normal side branches, presumably 2 popped out then another possible branch sprouted at the junction? let the riu jury decide how normal it is
