it sounds like u are a bit paroniod bout growing which is good cause u will be carefull.. buy your equiptment in hydro shop in another town and u acn buy seeds there 2 and get good advice and pay with cash... SAFE if your seeds get stopped by customs them they have your address etcc - nothing...

another 2-3 weeks id say.... flush with clean ph'd water soon in a few days..... if u get a small microscope u can check the tricks for heady high harvest when tricks cloudy for couch lock stone harvest when amber

yes water more, water when soil drys.. maybe outdoor temps are higher(summer) so more water would evaparate indoors.......
