You need to use the Grow it Green throughout flower. Flower Power is 1-8-7 and SPT has no real nutrients, so you are way low on Nitrogen. You're only 13 days into flower, so you still need as much nitrogen as you did during veg, but even as you progress through flower you should continue using...
