It depends, usually it will fall off on its own but sometimes the seed casing will stay attached and stunt the growth of the plant. I recommend using tweezers and very carefuly removing it.

The leaves are a little dark have you been feeding lots of nitrogen? Besides that it looks fine, good size for 3 weeks and good LST job.

Nice plants looking green and healthy, I'm growing dinachem as well. jondamon may be right about the leaves they do look a little pale, my leaves are a lot darker compared to yours. They don't stretch much at all in 12/12, mine are only about 2' tall at 6 weeks from seed.

Hard to say from the pics but it does look like something nibbled on that leaf. Are you sure nobody is tampering with or handling the plants when you are not looking?

I don't have much experience with coco but in soil most mixes have plenty of nitrogen in them for a good 3-4 weeks. I never have any yellowing problems until late in flower when I grow in soil. Just get a good mix like Roots Organic or Foxfarm ocean forest.

To be honest 20,000 lumens is not enough for even 1 plant in full bloom. I've tried it and I was dissapointed every time. If you are going to use CFL you want lots of side lighting to penetrate the lower branches.
