    I just don't know...

It looks healthy for the most part, are you feeding any nutrients? Plants that size like lots of nitrogen in veg.

Would yellowing and brown crispy bud leaves have any effect on bud?

Don't remove any leaves unless they are dead or dying just let them fall off naturally.

    Help With Seedlings

Good transplant job she should recover just fine. Soil still looks a little dry though keep it moist but not muddy. I usually water my seedlings once per day but not enough water to drain out the bottom until they are about 1 week old.

    Best Place to live?

The laws are pretty set in stone in every city, but some cities like Aurora may ban the coffee shops and stores when they open. As far as growing is concerned as long as you stay within your legal limit (6 plants) any city will be fine :) Do you want to live in a rural or urban area?

can anyone give me a report on my plants?

It's perfectly normal for the stem and leaf veins to look purple at seedling stage, it's just a genetic thing. It's when the plant gets bigger purple branches/stems can be a sign of phosphorus or zinc deficiency.

    Seed pods everywere

Calyxes are seed pods, if they get pollenated they will grow seeds, if not they swell up with resin. Trichomes are the "crystals" that protect the leaves and calyxes from insects and fungal disease. If you have fully mature seeds in your buds then you can pull them out or leave them it's up to...

3rd week in flowering leaves falling

When the leaves droop like that it is either caused by over watering, or the leaves are not receiving enough light. In your case it looks like they don't get enough light because the plant is stretched and only the lower leaves are effected. Now that she is flowering I would suggest...

    FinShaggy's BeanSprouts

From my experience heat stress will cause the plant to grow more sugar leaves than usual as a protection mechanism. True foxtail buds have very few leaves just lots of calyxes and its purely genetic.

    FinShaggy's BeanSprouts

I must admit I'm surpised they are actually growing but it still doesn't confirm your stress testing it only proves how resilient the plant is. They look extremely malnourished and neon green. Rotate those pots around the only halfway decent plant is the one directly under the light.

    Super Mini Plants (Grow Journal)

Looking good but I would let them go another 10-12 days, the buds are still very light green they will have more of an orange hue in the final week.

    FinShaggy's BeanSprouts

This is ground breaking research, don't you know they used fans centuries ago?

    FinShaggy's BeanSprouts

Well it can be caused by heat stress, but lots of sativas will foxtail naturally without heat stress.

    FinShaggy's BeanSprouts

Why is foxtailing such a bad thing? It's just calyxes stacked on top of each other and they don't have to be trimmed. Also looks cool

    Preflowers

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. They will be visible from the base of the stalk where the new branch growth meets the leaf stem, right next to the stipules.

I like box fans because they are easy to clean and they move a lot of air with not much power. Small fans = more rpm = more power and less airflow.

Walmart, Lasko box fan for $19.99. Or you can go with 4" inlines from a hydro shop for the same price but they don't push a lot of air.

    Grow Journal, First grow ever

Looking good, nice and green but you might want to consider topping them to help the lower branches receive more light.
