Actually there are rules about the facility selling the herb, I don't think a tent could be used, at least not very easily. Something about controlled access, cameras and such, might not be possible to install in a tent. But there might be a way. Creative thinkers can always outwit stupid rules...

I have 2 Blueberry plants in veg, if they don't make it to flower by the time I can start a seed, well too bad for a BB. If you can get me a seed of that one I'll make room in my plant count to grow it out!

Looks like someone who should research cabinet or closet growing. If you are going to ingest it, make sure it is at least safe.
